Tania has been in the wellness field for more than fifteen years. She started out as a personal trainer and teaching martial arts. She had been practicing yoga for seven years before she decided to deepen her practice. Yoga completely changed her body and her sense of self and she wanted to share the power of yoga for personal transformation with others. She completed the 200hr yoga teacher training in 2011 and became 'YA Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher' in 2015.   She has continued her training focusing on the areas of fascia study (Tom Myers) Yin Yoga, Functional Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy (Paul Grilley) and Ayurveda (Kathryn Templeton/Himalayan Institute).  She is also a certified Pilates teacher.   Tania is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and has developed fascia, yin yoga and anatomy curricula as part of several Yoga Teacher Training programs.   


When she is not on her mat, Tania, a culinary school trained chef , nutritionist and educator delivers dining/lecture presentations on healthy eating through her project  She co-presents the ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE with Cesar Rios and writes about food whenever possible!
