FUN FACTS with Megan:
What's on your playlist?
Everything from Krishna Das to U2 and the Fugees. My playlists are full of fun, uplifting, and easy to dance to songs. Music is a huge part of my practice. Connecting and feeling the music with the movement of the breath gives me a sense of freedom in my practice.
What is your favorite asana? Why?
This changes all the time depending where I am at in my practice.....but if I had to pick it would be Savasana because that is where the magic happens :)
Yoga has made me ... more connected with myself. Through my practice I have learned that I am my own teacher. Yoga has made me more aware of living and being in the present and accepting myself and being a more loving, compassionate person.
