Amy Lucky

Amy Lucky is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP yoga teacher whose journey from research neuroendocrinology to the yoga studio reflects curiosity and dedication. Trained through an apprenticeship with Greg Nardi of Ashtanga Yoga Worldwide in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and earning her 200-hour vinyasa certification with Jonny Kest in Detroit, MI, Amy blends scientific knowledge with the timeless wisdom of yoga. Her expertise in the anatomical and psychological influences on posture and movement creates an inclusive, educational environment where each student is seen as a unique individual with their own history and goals.

Influenced by the traditional practice and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga, Amy teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Somatics. She weaves functional anatomy into every class, offering modifications for all skill levels and a clear path to progress. Students experience personalized attention, authentic connection to yoga’s roots, and guidance to integrate practice into daily life for balance, awareness, and growth.
